We got a W monogram with our house number done in the copper finish and WE LOVE IT!! It took over a month to get here as our package got "lost" (I jokingly said it must've been having some time at the parcel spa at the distribution center). But the seller was very responsive when I contacted her with concerns that my item was lost She was professional and cordial and although it was no fault of her own was making arrangements to remake and re-ship another one for me. Happily for both of us, it didn't come to that, as it finally arrived and in perfect condition! Would purchase from ChloeGraceDesign again in a heartbeat!
